We have added a new function in the Leave Monitor system that will allow the administrators to see all pending leave request of all their user accounts. This will let the admin decide on any leave request in the absence of the actual approver.
The function should be accessible through the link at the bottom of "My Approval" page.
Please note that this option is not available for normal user or Manager account.
